SPEAKERS:
Cindy Mata (UCI History Project Director) will moderate a panel discussion with CSULA professors Enrique Ochoa, Alex Villalpando, Leda Ramos, and CAHAAS co-founder Claudia Portillo to highlight Los Angeles’ Central American history, preservation efforts, and teaching opportunities. Joining the conversation as Special Guests will be Dora Magaña and Ricardo O'Meany.
Additionally, Azalea Camacho, Archivist & Special Collections Librarian, will walk us through the student-curated exhibit and archives, featuring the narratives of our community.
